At 8BitDo 64, we want you to be fully satisfied with your retro gaming experience. If your controller doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the 8BitDo 64 controller and all original accessories back into its original retail packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
